Response to SCC/GBC SMC(West) Consultation

In 2017, Surrey County Council (SCC) and Guildford Borough Council (GBC) carried out a public consultation about their proposals for the Sustainable Movement Corridor (West). The SMC will ultimately link Burpham in the East to the Research Park in the West with the intention to make it easier for people to walk, cycle and take the bus, and enabling sustainable transport with new developments such as Gosden Hill Farm at Burpham, Slyfield and Blackwells Farm. This Western section joins the Royal Surrey County Hospital, the University and the station. The original SCC/GBC consultation document and our response are available to download below.
