If you have camera evidence, then you can go directly to Nextbase to make a report. You will get a response telling you if they will take the issue further or not, but unless it goes to court, you probably won’t hear any more.
If you don’t have any camera evidence, then go to the Surrey Police, Report a road traffic incident site.
